Eltech Electrical Services were engaged to undertake the electrical works for a Library upgrade for the City of Subiaco. Works are mainly focused on external works while also working on the Rokeby Road verge for specialist Feature Landscape works that will link into the City of Subiaco’s street scape.

A Two Story Large Commercial development that when complete will incorporate the largest Gold’s gym in WA that will operate 24/7 along with a childcare centre, medical centre and extension to the existing vet.

Eltech Electrical Services works include in-ground works for 3 separate buildings, carpark lighting, architectural light and power to 2 level Child Care, lighting to Medical Centre and Base build works to  2 level Gym. Also installed will be Dry Fire, Access Control, CCTV, Communications and MATV works.
