This project consists of over 4000sq meters of internal fit out to a Commercial Laboratory, designed to meet the specific needs of our client. Our client works with various hazards such as Dust, Asbestos, Metals, Microscopic, Organics just to name a few, in various Laboratory requirements. 

Works include the full fit out inclusive of upgraded power supply to 1600A, General power, UPS Power, Back-up Generator power, Environmental monitoring, Specific lighting levels to suit Laboratory requirements, Dali lighting control, Intelligent lighting control, Monitored Emergency system, Structured Communications, Extensive CCTV and Access Control. It also includes various break out rooms and external light and power for the client’s needs.

We are please to be working in conjunction with all stakeholders to complete this project on time and on budget.

Set to be completed in mid 2024 Joondalup TAFE is part of the largest TAFE capital works program in WA history and we are proud to be part of that. 

NMT Joondalup will be used to deliver training of light auto technologies and horticulture. This space will create a crucial hand on and collaborative learning environment for student. 

Works include high level lighting, architecturally designed landscape lighting, specialist power via aluminum cable ladder and suspended outlets, 12V DC outlets for testing purposes, EV charging stations, over 500 Cat 6A Communications outlets, CCTV cameras, Gallagher Access Control and Dry fire

We are pleased to be working with both the builder and client on a new KIA showroom in Victoria Park. This site is located within the current John Hughes dealership. Works include showroom lighting, General light and power, signage, upgraded power supply, Communications and Fire detection 

Working on a Design and Construct project, this site will include a two story office, large workshop and warehousing. Alongside will be a stand alone truck washing bay, carpark and hard stand. 

Eltech Electrical Services was engaged to provide a D&C for a valued client. A total infrastructure upgrade that included increasing the supply to 2000A, providing power to a new building to house enough power for a new upgraded truck workshop, while also providing power to 2 x Fast EV charges to suit large scale trucks. Works include Carpark and hardstand area lighting, Office and Warehouse lighting, Specialised power to Workshop space, general power to Office and Warehouse, EV charging equipment, Communications and AV works.

Another Design and Construct build to suit a Logistics company in an industrial heartland. Over 3000sq mts of Warehouse, a conveyor system and general light, power and communications to an Office area to complete the project. Special attention was required for limiting light spill to adjoining neighbours was a major consideration during the design process.

Eltech Electrical Services were engaged by a specialist Heritage builder to complete electrical works for a large extension of a historic building in Guildford. Works include general light and power of the existing and extended building, as well as extensive soft and landscape works.

Another Design and Construct build for a Logistics company consisting of 2,800 sq meters of Warehouse and extensive hardstand capacity. It has been designed to suit many different principles hence the building will be essentially 2 buildings, with separate NMI metered switchboards, Dali lighting, hardstand and carpark pole mounted lights and automatic gates linking into access control.
