This project consists of over, 4000sq meters of internal fit out to a Commercial Laboratory, designed to meet the specific needs of our client. Our client works with various hazards such as Dust, Asbestos, Metals, Microscopic, Organics just to name a few, in various Laboratory requirements.
Works include the full fit out inclusive of upgraded power supply to 1600A, General power, UPS Power, Back-up Generator power, Environmental monitoring, Specific lighting levels to suit Laboratory requirements, Dali lighting control, Intelligent lighting control, Monitored Emergency system, Structured Communications, Extensive CCTV and Access Control. It also includes various break out rooms and external light and power for the client’s needs.
We are pleased to be working in conjunction with all stakeholders to complete this project on time and on budget.

Eltech Electrical Services have been engaged, as a part of a Design and Construct package, to complete the Electrical works for a 25,000 sqmtr Load in and Out, and Storage facility for Nutrien Ag Solutions, though our valued client Auspan Group.
The works entail a 2500A incoming supply that is to be reticulated through distribution boards

The works entail a 2500A incoming supply that is to be reticulated through distribution boards within the site. 2 large material conveying systems are to be installed to move the product from trucks, to holding cells, to bagging areas to streamline the clients needs. Eltech Electrical also supplied Lighting to both internal (17mtr plus lighting height) and external of the Warehouse, power to a total of 5 internal and external weighbridges, a large Truck Automated Wheel wash, plus works to a small 300sqmtr Office.

Working closely with the builder, Focus Consulting (Electrical Consultant) and the client, we are bringing together a new school that specialises in schooling for young people aged 12 to 18 that have experienced complex trauma.
The works involve rejuvenating existing buildings that are over 100 years old and bringing them up to Education standard, while still holding the heritage of the unique buildings. Services include general light and power, communications, MATV, AV, Security, CCTV, IP PA system, Duress system as well as Site services throughout the undulating site.

Works include new site wide services, inclusive of a new rammed earth transformer compound, general light and power, Communications and data, Dry Fire, SMATV, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Duress and PV system.

EH Parker Library — Builder CLPM
Eltech Electrical Services were engaged to undertake the electrical works for a Library upgrade for the City of Subiaco. Works are mainly focused on external works, while also working on the Rokeby Road verge for specialist Feature Landscape works that will link into the City of Subiaco’s street scape.
Direct Freight Express Kenwick — Builder AUSPAN
Another Design and Construct build for a Logistics company consisting of 2,800 sq meters of Warehouse and extensive hard stand capacity. It has been designed to suit many different principles hence the building will be essentially 2 buildings, with separate NMI metered switchboards, Dali lighting, hardstand and car park pole mounted lights and automatic gates linking into access control.
Hill Street, Guilford Residence — Builder CLPM
Eltech Electrical Services were engaged by a specialist Heritage builder to complete electrical works for a large extension of a historic building in Guildford. Works include general light and power of the existing and extended building, as well as extensive soft and landscape works.
North Metro TAFE Joondalup — Builder McCorkell Construction Contract Value $1.8million
Set to be completed in mid 2024 Joondalup TAFE is part of the largest TAFE capital works program in WA history, and we are proud to be part of that.
NMT Joondalup will be used to deliver training of light auto technologies and horticulture. This space will create a crucial hand on and collaborative learning environment for student.
Works include high level lighting, architecturally designed landscape lighting, specialist power via aluminium cable ladder and suspended outlets, 12V DC outlets for testing purposes, EV charging stations, over 500 Cat 6A Communications outlets, CCTV cameras, Gallagher Access Control and dry fire.
Wilfred Road, Canning Vale — Builder Customised Projects Contract Value $560,000
A Two Story Large Commercial development that when complete will incorporate the largest Gold’s gym in WA that will operate 24/7 along with a childcare centre, medical centre and extension to the existing vet.
Eltech Electrical Services works include in-ground works for 3 separate buildings, car park lighting, architectural light and power to 2 level Child Care, lighting to Medical Centre and Base build works to 2 level Gym. Also installed will be Dry Fire, Access Control, CCTV, Communications and MATV works.
